About MuayCamp
MuayCamp is an iPhone training log developed by Erim Kocak in the Netherlands. These terms describe use of the app and this website. Questions can be sent to support@muaycamp.com.
Your licence
The app is licensed under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement, unless a different licence is supplied with your App Store purchase. Apple’s applicable App Store terms govern the download and transaction. These terms provide additional information about MuayCamp’s features and use.
You may use the app for your own training. Do not misuse the app or infringe another person’s rights. You retain your rights in notes, photographs and videos you add.
Training and the coach
MuayCamp records activity and offers training organisation tools. Technique counts, levels, coverage and coach answers describe what you have logged; they are not independent assessments of skill, readiness, fitness or health.
Guided drills and programmes do not replace qualified instruction or supervision. Choose activities appropriate to your experience and follow your gym’s safety rules. The coach does not diagnose injuries or provide medical advice. For an injury or health concern, seek qualified help.
Buying the app
MuayCamp is a paid app. You pay once to download the complete app from the App Store. It has no free tier, subscription or separate Pro upgrade.
The purchase includes the app’s logging, history, timer, guided drills, drill builder, coach, technique library, programmes, photos, clips, recaps and CSV export. Feature availability remains subject to the device and permissions described below.
The price, currency and applicable taxes displayed by Apple before confirmation apply to your purchase. Apple handles payment. You can download an eligible previous purchase again using the same Apple Account, subject to App Store availability and Apple’s terms.
A one-time purchase does not promise an indefinite service life or every possible future product. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Refunds and purchase help
For an Apple purchase, request a refund through Apple’s Report a Problem service. Eligibility is determined under Apple’s applicable policies and your legal rights. We cannot issue an App Store refund directly, but can help investigate access problems.
Devices, data and availability
MuayCamp requires iOS 18.4 or later. Feature availability can depend on the device, OS version, permissions and Apple service availability. On-device language features need compatible hardware and software; rule-based coaching works without that model.
Check that your records have synced before changing or erasing a device. Keep exports and original media if you need a separate copy. A CSV export is a readable record, not a full app backup or a promise of CSV re-import.
We may update the app to fix problems or change features. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or that every device configuration is supported.
Consumer rights and applicable law
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. Apple’s licence terms and applicable consumer law govern any warranties, remedies or limits of liability that apply to your purchase.
Dutch law applies to these additional terms, without taking away mandatory protections you have as a consumer in your country of residence. Contact us first if there is a problem so we can try to resolve it.
Changes and contact
The date at the top identifies this version of the terms. Material changes will be reflected here and, where needed, communicated through the app. For support or questions about these terms, email support@muaycamp.com.
